VỀ VIỆC ĐIỀU ƯỚC QUỐC TẾ CÓ HIỆU LỰC
Thực hiện quy định tại Điều 56 của Luật Điều ước quốc tế năm 2016, Bộ Ngoại giao trân trọng thông báo:
Thông cáo chung về thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao giữa nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam và Khối thịnh vượng chung Ba-ha-mát, ký tại Niu Oóc ngày 06 tháng 01 năm 2023, có hiệu lực ngày 06 tháng 01 năm 2023.
Bộ Ngoại giao trân trọng gửi bản sao Thông cáo chung theo quy định tại Điều 59 của Luật nêu trên./.

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS
BETWEEN
THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
AND
THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS
The Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas,
Guided by their mutual willingness to develop and strengthen friendship and cooperation between the two States in political, economic, social and humanitarian and other fields, in accordance with the principles and norms enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, international law and the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961, and the Vienna Convention Consular Relations of 24 April 1963 and desirous of furthering international security through peaceful coexistence among nations,
Have decided to establish diplomatic relations at the Ambassadorial level through the signing of this Joint Communiqué,
As a witness thereof, the undersigned Representatives, duly authorized by their respective Governments, have signed this Joint Communiqué.
Signed in New York, in two originals, on 06 January 2023, in English, all texts being equally authentic.
