VỀ VIỆC ĐIỀU ƯỚC QUỐC TẾ CÓ HIỆU LỰC

Thực hiện quy định tại khoản 3 Điều 47 của Luật Ký kết, gia nhập và thực hiện điều ước quốc tế năm 2005, Bộ Ngoại giao trân trọng thông báo:

Văn bản bổ sung số 1 cho Nghị định thư hợp tác tài chính giữa Chính phủ nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam và Chính phủ Nhà nước I-xra-en, ký tại Hà Nội ngày 07 tháng 11 năm 2011, có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 07 tháng 11 năm 2011.

Bộ Ngoại giao trân trọng gửi Bản sao Văn bản bổ sung Nghị định thư theo quy định tại Điều 68 của Luật nêu trên./.

AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROTOCOL FOR FINANCIAL

COOPERATION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Whereas the Government of the State of Israel (hereinafter: "the Israeli Party") and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (hereinafter: "the Vietnamese Party") acknowledge the importance of developing the economic relations between the two countries; and

Whereas the Israeli Party and the Vietnamese Party signed a Protocol for Financial Cooperation on October 25, 2007, establishing a special credit facility of US $150,000,000 (one hundred and fifty million US dollars) (hereinafter: "the Financial Protocol"); and

Whereas the parties have agreed to increase the capacity of the Financial Protocol by an additional amount of US 5100,000,000 (one hundred million US dollars), to an aggregate capacity of US $250,000,000 (two hundred and fifty million US dollars);

Therefore, the parties have agreed, in order to enhance economic, commercial and financial cooperation between the two countries, to amend the Financial Protocol as follows:

The parties hereby agree to increase the capacity of the Financial Protocol by an additional amount of US $100,000,000 (one hundred million US dollars), so that the aggregate capacity of the Financial Protocol (including this Amendment No. 1) shall be in the amount of US 5250,000,000 (two hundred and fifty million US dollars).

Save as expressly amended herein, the Financial Protocol shall continue to be, and shall remain, in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
